Instead of a 90 degree cancellation cliff dive, it’s more of a smooth 45 degree ease off. I was splitting lanes on the way back and had to downshift big time (holy sh*t moment) to stop for two vehicles that decided they didn’t want to be passed. straight up pleasurable experience.ĭownshifting is also considerably smoothed out. Shifting up and shifting down for stop lights and signs etc. VERY smooth shifts and throttle transition. Taking off down the street: the difference in shifting is night and day comparison. While starting from a dead stop: I was immediately impressed by how smooth the transition is now. This has been a constant so far after the flash. The bike seemed to crank less and sprung to life instantly. I noticed the difference the moment I fired her up. While doing so- I made some observations. The dealer is about an hour away so I got to ride freeway (80 plus mph freeway speeds and stop and go traffic) and busy downtown Sacramento city streets (just to get a cup of joe from my favorite coffee shop).
